Alternative Valuation - Non-Conventional Vendor/Agent:

  • Vendor Service Agreement

  • NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

  • W-9

  • Copy of your current State License and/or Certification


Appraisal - Conventional Vendor:

  • Vendor Service Agreement

  • NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

  • W-9

  • Copy of your current State License and/or Certification

  • Copy of your E&O Insurance

  • Copy of most recent Security Background Check (within 9 months)


Important

Product report forms,  fee schedule and work volume will be discussed in an initial vendor interview call prior to onboarding. 

 

An alternative product training class will be required to be attended prior to orders assigned that will dive into completing the report form, TAT & Quality expectations, and the CA data pull process that will be used to complete the assignment.
